Description
Thanks for looking at this listing for the Beatles lp With the Beatles. This is classed as a second pressing from early 1964. It has the KT tax code on side 2 and the matrices 7N/7N.
Unlike all the other labels from this period, this one has "Northern songs" on the same line under the credit for "I wanna be your man". The others end this credit line with the word "Northern". I can tell you as a Beatles collector myself that this has been an absolute bugger to obtain. This is much harder to find than the fabled "Jobete" label. Whilst this is a very respectable copy, I managed to find an upgrade hot on the heels of this, my first, copy.
Anyway, now to the condition. The sleeve is respectable, but has some creases and a small tear at the top and along the side where the vinyl enters. The sleeve is free from graffiti, but does have a few small blobs/blemishes on the back cover.
The vinyl is also very good. Despite having many marks, there are only a few minor clicks, most noticeable between tracks. It has a decent strong sound and retains some of its original shine, no major deterioration here.
The label is clean, free from graffiti etc
Overall, a respectable addition to any Beatles collection.
