Because of the possibility of being sued for breach of contract by Decca records for the use of Ella Fitzgerald for the vocal refrains, Victor was forced to withdraw this record.

Benny Goodman & His Orchestra play "Goodnight My Love" and "Take Another Guess" on this Victor 25461, with Ella doing the vocal honors on both sides.

This was recorded in New York on November 5, 1936, and is in excellent to excellent-plus (E to E+) condition.
