230310 Wolfman Jack AGC Promo Only LP
In the mid 1960s there was a small little known record label that put out some pretty interesting soul 45 rpm records called AGC. They even put out a Wolfman Jack 45 on which Wolfman covered the songs "Please Please Please" by James Brown on one side and "When A Man Loves A Woman" on the other side.
After the release of this single apparently there was a very limited promo only record album by Wolfman Jack called "When A Man Loves A Woman" There was no artwork with this album and instead of the usual blue label with a red circle around the diameter of the label this album label is white with a red circle around the diameter of the label.
The album is a gathering of soul standards that Wolfman Jack performs in his usual talking singing style with a pretty good back up band. Check out the label to see the songs,
