This is NOT a "re-list"!!
YES, I recently sold a similar ultra rare copy of this very same 45 rpm record.....Woman / Heartache's Back In Town by Johnny Night ..... BUT....THAT one SOLD and the Buyer was extremely happy, as we expected he would be, because it was a wonderful example of a very rare record!
THAT SAID.....THIS ONE IS EVEN BETTER!!!!
How? The previous example we sold had some handwriting on the label. THIS ONE DOES NOT! The previous example had nice gloss to the vinyl. THIS ONE HAS EVEN MORE!
Now, please understand we are NOT experts and do not have the skills to "grade" condition. All we can do is give our uneducated opinion based on what we think we see. BUT...based on that criteria, this is a nicer example than the one we sold recently and THAT one was VERY nice indeed!!!
We are collectors, and often get duplicates of great records. We were planning on keeping the better of the two examples by selling one and keeping the other for ourselves. We have come to the realization that with well over 30,000 45's in our collection, we simply must downsize to make room and only keep the very favorites of the artists we most often listen to, and let the rest go, no matter how rare they may be. With several dozen "favorite" artists, even GREAT one like this one are winding up on the "To Sell" list we are compiling!

The product is a highly sought-after 45 RPM vinyl record single by artist Johnny Night, released under the record label BRAVE. The record features the songs "Back In Town" and "Woman," with English language lyrics. The record is in a 7" size and comes in a black color with a paper sleeve. Having said that I know from my extensive research this is an EXTREMELY RARE 45 rpm record and near IMPOSSIBLE to find in ANY condition, so finding one this nice is like finding the proverbial "needle in a haystack"!
I have seen this very hard-to-find rarity up for sale for $300-$350 (and higher!) elsewhere!
