Description
This is an outstanding copy of the 5 LP limited edition Woodstock soundtrack on Mobile Fidelity M-5-200 and the Cotillion label indicates Japanese pressing. The box mentions limited edition but, I do not see any numbering aside from the LP numbering. LP's come packaged in a heavy custom cardboard box. The box is in fine condition would grade a 7 of 10. There is shelve ware on the bottom of the box. There is a small drill hole on the back of the box (overstock?) and evidence of the original price tag. The seams are all solid. The slide-in insert of the box again shows very slight signs of rubbing but is in excellent condition. The design of the box makes it almost impossible for it NOT to have any signs of rubbing. The sleeves of both sets of LP's are bright with no rubbing only exception is a cut on LP 1's seam possibly from the weight of the records in storage. The records themselves are all in NM/Mint - condition 10/10. I could not find any faults. I purchased the set new and played once to transfer to metal tape then again to transfer to digital. Package does not include the original envelope for ordering a reprint of the Woodstock program (I ordered it and it never came). Really a near fine beautiful copy of a very hard to find Mobile Fidelity release.
