From Discogs : What originally began as a production company in 1967 for Pop and Progressive Rock acts, singer/songwriter/producer Jimmy Curtiss transitioned it into Perception Ventures in 1969. Eventually expanding its roster to cater to other genres.
This is Velvet Night under the alias Would, this album has same tracks as their album on Metromedia, but with different versions of the tracks, most are longer versions. The track-listing is also different.
From Rockasteria : Almost at the same time Jimmy Curtiss and one Steve Kanyon produced the only album by a New York psychedelic folk/rock group called Velvet Night. Besides strangely arranged cover versions of two Tim Hardin and a Donovan song, plus a Cream medley, there are songs written by Curtiss and Kanyon plus one credited to the band's organ player Vinnie Nisi.
