Description
This is an overall fine original U.K. pressing copy of the fifth LP by British group XTC, a double LP released in 1982. The last of the group's records to be released while they were still a touring band, it follows its predecessor, 1980's Black Sea, with quirky but listener-friendly new wave/art-pop, epitomized by the singles "Senses Working Overtime," "Ball and Chain," and "No Thugs in Our House." The embossed jacket has two largish creases (4” and 1½”) in one corner on the front cover; creasing along the spine and seams; light to moderate corner, spine, and seam wear; and light staining (VG+). The discs are clean with some wispy hairline scraping and light scuffing, and play all but M- with occasional light surface noise (EX+). The record comes with custom inner sleeves (EX+).
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
