Description

Potter's Clay / Carpenter's Union / Power And Light Co. - "Spread The News" LP. Rare original early '70s release on the Today label. The mysterious Campus Life / Today Productions was responsible for 3 of the most sought after Canadian Xian LPs : Potter's Clay, Carpenter's Union, and The Power And Light Co. The 3 bands shared the same psych tinged folk-pop sound (as well as most of the band members). This Today label sampler features tracks from all 3 projects.
The tracks are:
POWER & LIGHT CO. - Spread The News
POTTER'S CLAY - You Showed Me The Way
POWER & LIGHT Co. - Dear Jesus
CARPENTER'S UNION - Look Beyond Yourself
POTTER'S CLAY - Gardener Of Eden
CARPENTER'S UNION - The Carpenter
CARPENTER'S UNION - Turn To Jesus
POTTER'S CLAY - Hey There Mister Morning
POWER & LIGHT CO. - Sonshine
CARPENTER'S UNION - Karen's Song

The record is in EX- condition (a few very minor scuffs that do not affect play). The sleeve is in VG condition (some wear etc.)
Please add $8 for shipping in North America (air mail) or $14 (air) for the rest of the world. Seller accepts Paypal, or an international money order. Thanks very much.
