DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Absolutely Superb!....no sign of use...Edges and corners sharp..lovely and clean..Spine lettering lovely and clear: EX+
INNER: Beautiful again...Barely a sign of handling..no seams splits or tears..really hard to find this Inner Sleeve in this sort of condition!: EX+
VINYL: STUNNING!...No marks anywhere....looks unplayed...Beautiful surface sheen: EX+
LABELS: Superb!..no 'spider trails' visible even under strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied. I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, (and Mint- is fairly meaningless) So EX+ is my top grade and might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
If an item sells for an amount that requires Postal Insurance, I will pay it (Why should the buyer pay more?!)
