Label:- . ATLANTIC
Catalogue:- . 588190
Details:- . This is the fabulous debut album by Yes. A 1969 1st UK pressing on the original red/plum label in the original gatefold sleeve and complete with insert. 1st press matrix numbers A1/B1
Vinyl Condition:- EX+ (Great condition, gleaming vinyl. This record has only had very light play and been very well looked after. Sound quality is superb. I would have graded very near mint but for the fact there are two very small surface marks close together on side one. They are very small in size. No more than about 5mm in area. These have no effect on play and you really have to strain to hear anything at all during the brief few moments they cover. Side two has a very brief repeat click in the last few seconds of the track Sweetness. It does not last long and ends before the final track begins. Overall sound quality is really excellent. Fully test played on Garrard 501 prototype, Rogers E40a valve amp and Quad ESL 57 Electrostatics.
Sleeve Condition:- VG+ (Respectable condition for this notoriously delicate gatefold. General light wear on edges and front back face but nothing serious at all. Spine is fully readable. The insert is in MINT condition
Label Condition:- EX+ (Clean labels with a few very faint spindle marks.)
This record seldom comes up for sale and in such nice condition as this one. Don't miss your chance!
I always reduce postage on multiple items. Each additional item will only be charged 50% the original postage cost worldwide. Check out my other rare UK 1st press prog/folk vinyls!

Grading Abbreviations
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
