For instant sale is an overall very good/excellent copy of a 1974 US pressing of the 'LIVE AT THE LONG BEACH ARENA, CALIFORNIA' double album by YES released on the PIG'S EYE label. A rare and desirable item for any YES collector. It also includes an Alcatraz Prison souvenir presumably from the mid-70's !!! The album captures a performance by Yes from 1974 shortly after the release of 'Tales From Topographic Oceans' in 1973 and this is reflected in the track listings :
Side 1 is 'Close To The Edge' and runs for 21 minutes Side 2 is 'The Revealing' and runs for 23 minutes Side 3 is 'The Ancient' and runs for 20 minutes Side 4 is 'Roundabout' and 'Starship Trooper' (Star Trooper on the sleeve) and runs for a total of 19 minutes 30 seconds
The sleeve is in overall excellent condition and is still in some shrinkwrap. However, there is a small damage in one corner that I have tried to show in photo 2. The simple labels are in generally very good condition with just a few spindle trails. Please study all the photos carefully to see the condition for yourself. The record surfaces have just a few surface marks from being taken in and out of the sleeves but there are no big, deep scratches. Playback on all 4 sides is generally excellent with only occasional surface noise ('crackle' and 'clicks/'pops'). The band sound really good and it really is vintage Yes. The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey. I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by second class 'tracked' post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
