Description
This item came from the clearance of the legendary Marquee Club in Wardour Street, London in the early nineties. It is an original 21 x 30 cm (A4) handwritten letter by Roy Flynn, manager of progressive rock pioneers Yes, to Harold and Barbara Pendleton, organisers of the 1969 Plumpton Festival where the band were due to appear.
On the bill that year were The Pink Floyd, The Who & The Nice as headliners and supporting were Soft Machine, Pentangle, Long John Baldry, Bonzo Dog Band & Fat Mattress amongst others.
Condition is very good with just a water stain on lower right corner. Must be a rare item for Yes fans. 100% original NOT a copy.
