The Beatles on Capitol T-2553. Here's your chance to own a 2nd state "butcher" cover. The record itself is trashed. I haven't played it, but it looks like it may have one play left!!! Nearly every inch is covered with scratches, and it probably doesn't play without skipping or sticking and a lot of background noise. The front of the cover is not bad to look at. The white background is a little dirty from handling, but would look nice framed. All the seams have been taped, and from what I can tell, there is a lot of seam splits. Back cover lists the songs and also has pictures of other Beatle albums, and is quite dirty from smudging. Whoever owned this album certainly did not take care of it. This may be a great chance of trying your hand at peeling a 2nd state and see how good you are!!
