Description
YORUBA SINGERS Ojinga's Own ORIGINAL LP Killer Caribbean-Afrobeat Island Psych-Roots Funk Original and rare 1974 Guyana pressing. A musically hard to categorize but great record. It's a terrific often hypnotic mix of Afrobeat, Nyabinghi, Caribbean, Funk, Jazz and many other influences. Some great dancers on here (also check the last track "starting at 32:10 min mark" - it almost sounds like Jonathan Richman heard this when he made Egyptian Reggae). This record is impossible to find, especially in this condition: Sleeve: EX- (tiny tear on the back) Record: NEAR MINT
