YOUNG IDENTITIES Positive Thinking (Negative Reaction) b/w Convolutions (Let's All Have...) / Mass Appeal (Savage Music (SM-2), 1979) 7"
Condition: hand-screened wrap-around sleeve in excellent (ex) and better condition, but has a writing inside crossed out with a black marker; can not be seen from outside; vinyl in excellent to MINT- condition; very very clean; labels are also in clean condition, bearing very faint signs of having been played once on each side.
Snot punk from Brisbane, Australia! This is the original first pressing of this single, released in 1979.
So the offer here is an ULTRA RARE original issue of the first independently released EP by the YOUNG IDENTITIES. There were ONLY 300 COPIES pressed back in the day (confirmed by Rod McLeod), but most of these are long gone. The recordings contained within these grooves are SNOT PUNK of the highest order from BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA!
Members of the YOUNG IDENTITIES went on to form Brisbane punk bands: JUST URBAIN, BODYSNATCHERS, KICKS, .
These are very hard to find in this condition! A true classic from down under.
