NOTE : All LP’s have been cleaned and played (except where Mint) to determine an accurate grading as possible ; if anything they have been under-graded to be on the safe side as collectors will always have slightly different interpretations on quality however I definitely feel you can bid with confidence here. …Thanks.

A more than decent 1966 and 1st Aussie ‘Mono’ pressing of The Yardbirds classic 4th album and what a monster psych-beat LP it is.
Their first album where all of the songs were written by the band members themselves resulting in a somewhat raw mix of blues rock and psychedelia … great tracks with some awesome guitar work from Beck’s last recording with the band.
By no means an easy album to stumble across these days and certainly worth grabbing here.
CONDITION – see 5 photos above :
Vinyl : This nice thick piece at over 160 grams exudes a wonderful crystal clear ‘mono’ sound with no pops, no skips and very little background noise detected. Light marks both sides though only superficial and this rates a VG+ any day of the week.
Labels : Clean.
Sleeve : a more than reasonable jacket (flip-back cover style) given how difficult it is to find one in average or better condition these days. The pictures above tell the story pretty clearly with minor ring-wear both sides and a neat strip of tape along the spine which has been so evenly well done that it doesn’t detract anywhere near as one might expect. No writing. No splits. Certainly some not unexpected age-wear spots and some minor damage spots at top and lower left corners and lower right corner on the front …. Still, it shapes up quite well in my book for an original ‘mono’ sleeve that’s pushing 50 years old.
POSTAGE COSTS (albums are professionally packed and shipped with an outer protector plastic sleeve) :
To anywhere in Australia is AU$8.00. For 2 or 3 x LP’s the cost is $15.00.
For extra items costs will depend upon weight and destination however I will do my best to keep the combined total at a minimum. Australia Posts sliding rate scale often allows 10 albums to be posted for around $20.00, again dependent upon total weight and distance travelled.
1st class Air-Mail OVERSEAS :
NEW ZEALAND - $12 AUS
ASIA and JAPAN- $14 AUS
USA, CANADA, MIDDLE EAST - $15 AUS
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD - $20 AUS
Please note I no longer post to South America, Greece or to the Russian Federation.
