Description

An original 1st press on UK Atlantic from 1973. Matrix A1/B1/C1/D1/E1/F1. Please note the labels do NOT exhibit the Warners logo in the perimeter text - these are the 1st issues. Worth going for the earlier copies as they were pressed heavier. The vinyl comes housed in an original and 1st issue book design cover [Not concertina]. These covers are made of stronger card than the later copies. We also have three Yes motif inner sleeves. There's also the booklet too. So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In marvellous condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can't make out more than a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. You deffo need to source a clean player....with YES....it's pretty much obligatory. I detected a touch of 'presence' in the crowd noise and 'Stravinsky' opener. But other than that expect a pretty much solidly clean playback throughout. Can't fault it. I would definitely recommend insisting on an earliest pressing on this title.
Cover (Vg+) A touch of light handling on the front - difficult to avoid entirely. The rear is clean with one blemish and a couple of the tracks have track times written neatly next to them. The interior looks superb no issues. Edge wear seems minor and the openings are sharp and firm. The spine is 100% intact. Overall excellent rigidity.
Inners (Vg+) Ageing evident, but no splits.
Booklet (Ex-) Lightly thumbed. No issues.
