THE ZARAS: The Zaras Way (Germany Kerston LP 65001, mono)

• Condition : Cover is VG++, minor wear, small tag tear on front not affecting artwork. Band members autographed their pictures on front. Vinyl is NM, couple very faint scuffs, looks barely played. Very thick vinyl, very thin non-laminated B&W cover. NOTE: this is a SPECIAL 3-DAY AUCTION!
• Description : Rare circa 1966 original German small label issue beat / garage LP. Vocals in English, three guys and three girls. Not sure where the band was from but the male members are named Marino, Jesus and Toto so perhaps they were from Spain? The liner notes are in English and mention that they played in clubs in Europe for American G.I.'s so it sounds as if they were working in Germany when they made this LP, like The Monks! The English liners and the autographs suggest this LP was made in small quantities to sell to US servicemen at club gigs. If anybody knows the details please send a message and I'll add the info to this page.

• Records are shipped in a cardboard record mailer with sufficient padding, and the disc is removed from the jacket to prevent seamsplits.
