Zaxas Accent ACS 6021 , mini LP 33rpm 12" , PRIVATE PRESS , made in US 1991 , with original PHOTO , MEGA RARE , metal  Condition of the vinyl : NM , few super light scuffs with no effect to sound ( I have listen the whole record ) , shiny  Condition of the cover: VG+ , no side cut     , minimal  wear , no splits ,    yellowing spots on the cover 

All records play-graded and visual-graded (strong light),
my record rating system:
Sealed: in original sealed wrap
mint: like new
Near mint: very few imperfections
Very good:A small amount of light scuffs or scratches, no background noise or with background noise but no scuffs or scratches
Good : more evident scratches, plays fine(no skip), background noise
