this is a ZZ Top off the record special airs week of February 20, 1984 includes promo sheet. Two record set. 
This is a live show featuring some of ZZ Top‘s greatest hits, including cheap sunglasses all your loving, bad girl, dirty dog, pearl necklace tube steak boogie Lagrange heard it on the X etc. these Westwood One radio shows were limited pressings usually under 100 are made and they are sent to the radio stations to be played one time and then returned to the record label. Some never got returned and this is one of them. This is a piece of history.
Please note that it is standard practice for promotional copies to be “notched” or have a “hole punch out” this was done to prevent them from being returned via the retail channel for a refund.
