Original 1973 first pressing copy of ZZ Top's classic Tres Hombres LP on London XPS-631. Bell Sound pressing, which many say is the best mastered pressing. This copy plays really well but there is background noise between each song, as it is slightly heat damaged. At least that's what it seems like. Could be a pressing defect. Anyhow it isn't warped or anything like that, just little tiny wee little pockmarks that make a little noise between songs. When the music is going you don't hear it at all. There are also a few superficial scuffs but they don't add any noise or pops at all. Really it plays pretty great... loud and clear. The cover has some general wear, including a 5" seam split at the top, plus some cornerwear and light edgewear. But overall it looks great, with barely the slightest ringwear, which is usually a bad problem with older copies. Overall a very nice original.
