Description
Zoot Sims Goes To Jazzville Dawn DLP 1115 Mono LP. Original deep groove pressing with black and silver labels.
Condition - Grading is Visual Under Bright Light
The cover is a strong VG+. The front cover graphics are subtle and beautiful. The corners show a touch of wear. Seams are nice with no splits. The printing on the spine is sharp and clear. The back cover has some light surface wear but is quite clean otherwise. Autographed by Zoot Sims in red ink on the back cover. This LP was part of the collection of a well-known record dealer and collector. A beautiful example of this cover and autographed to boot.
LP is a nice glossy VG+ with some light sleeve wear and a few light scuffs and hairlines, nothing feelable or serious on either side. Labels are beautiful with some light marks under angled light. A pretty example of this rare Mode LP, especially for a flat-edge pressing.
Overall not perfect or NM but a nice copy of a rare jazz LP. This copy should make some collector very happy. Check out my other auctions for more rare and interesting records. Winning auctions may be combined to save postage cost. Check out my feedback for results of recent rare record auctions.
Grading
Grading is SS (still sealed), NM, VG+, VG. The myriad of grading systems on Ebay is a good indicator of the subjective nature of grading. In my opinion NM is close to perfect with one or two very minor flaws, VG+ is above average and collectable and VG is average used condition but probably the best choice for playing. I'm a collector and try to describe LPs as accurately as possible, the way I would want them described to me. The pictures should at least give a good indication of the condition of the covers and labels. Please see my seller feedback for comments on my grading. If you don't agree with how I'm calling a record that is your privilege but with all respect please don't bid.
Packaging
LP will be shipped outside of jacket in record bag and boxed for protection using an LP shipping box with cardboard stiffeners.
Terms and Payment
Low starting price and no reserve. Five day auction. Paypal only. Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close or seven days for other forms of payment unless other arrangements are made before end of auction.
Shipping and Insurance
I don't profit from shipping. If an overage occurs I will refund the difference.
US
$4.00 Priority mail with free delivery confirmation in US. Insurance is optional but I cannot be responsible for uninsured shipments.
International
Shipping methods are First Class or Priority International. First Class cannot be tracked. Packages over four pounds must ship Priority. Please see shipping calculator for cost.

Refund Policy
I stand behind what I sell, LP may be returned in original condition for a full refund minus return shipping costs if I am notified within three days of receipt of LP. No rebates if you keep the LP. I don't end auctions early, there is no Buy It Now price, emails asking for a BIK price will be ignored. Good luck!
