This is an original issue import lp from the seminal U.K. esoteric noise group Zoviet France.  "A Flock of Rotations" was release by the Red Rhino Records label in 1987, about the time that Zoviet France were hitting their prime in their psuedo-ethnic drone music period.  Highly influential and easily recognized by their often over-the-top packaging, ZF records were always a piece of artwork, and not just the music contained therein.  And as is the case with all Zoviet France records, this one is also stupid OUT OF PRINT.

This is one of the rather "toned-down" packages for Zoviet France.  This lp is housed in the original packaging which includes the printed white paper bag and the thick card-stock printed folder with track listing and label information.  I took the liberty of placing the vinyl itself inside a protective sleeve that was not part of the original package, but have taken nothing away.  The paper bag and card-stock folder are both in very fine condition, both with some slight wear along the edges but nothing serious by any means.  The record is in excellent condition, very little surface noise, no skips or pops, as close to NM as you'd get with a 23 year old piece of vinyl.

As with some of the other items I've put on sale this week, this is a case that I had two copies of a piece and am parting with one.  After moving house for the first time in a decade, the desire to keep duplicates has wained rather severely.  If this item has caught your attention, I suggest taking a look at the other pieces I've got going here.  Many other out of print records, old noise cassettes, and maybe a smattering of rare cd's will be found.
