Jacket: VG+ (There is a half inch split on the edge of the upper seam ~ the jacket has a 'very light' ripple feel but I don't believe it has water damage)
Vinyl: VG++ (Yellow label with black print)
Comments: The back jacket is stamped 'Sample Record ~ Not For Sale'
