......On offer here is a very rare LP, by The Beatles called 'Please Please Me' 1963 first ever mono label UK pressing!!!! made in 1963 !! HOWEVER THIS IS ONE OF RAREST COPIES OF THIS LP YOU WILL EVER SEE !!!! IT IS A 100% GENIUNE 'Please Please Me' 1st pressing on the gold and Black label WITH the small 33 1/3!!!! with the DICK JAMES creditations, rare DECCA GROOVE !!! AND IT IS mono!!!! - This is a true rarity!!!!!!! the Parlophone Co. Ltd credit on the label edge (see pictures), but do not carry the 'Recording First Published 1963' credit. THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST BEATLES RECORDS YOU WILL EVER FIND UP FOR AUCTION!!!! DO NOT MISS THIS CHANCE !!!

also note it would have been a lot easier to have placed this rare lp in a fourth pressing sleeve in much better condition, but as i'm a big beleiver in originality i have kept everything in this auction as you would have found it in 1963.

please please me, pmc 1202, first black and gold label, with "the parlophone co ltd" rim text, no "recording first published 1963" text, with the EXTRA SMALL "33 1/3" text, rare early m.t tax code, run out groove codes xex-421-1n/ xex-422-1n, early mother stampers side 1 3 oclock "G0" and 9 oclock "2" side 2 3 oclock "H" and 9 oclock "1" indicating first pressing on the GOLD and black label !!!

VINYL VISUAL, has a stunning high gloss shine, very clean with some whispy marks caused by the record being removed from the sleeve and some scuff/scratch marks and one very small patch of visable groove wear, NO dishing, NO warping, 100% flat and must grade at least VERY GOOD and heading towards VERY GOOD PLUS!!!!!

INDIVIDUAL TRACK PLAY GRADE. I SAW HERE STANDING THERE plays from start to finish perfectly, no staitic/background, sounds superb!!!! MISERY sounds fantasic, but towards the end of the track there are approximatly 6 clicks followed buy one 3 word jump and 2 shhhh sounds, but until this point plays great!!! ANNA has 6 to 7 low level ticks at the start of the play, but then plays superb until the close of play!!! CHAINS plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play!!!BOYS plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play!!!! ASK ME WHY has 2 low level ticks but plays perfectly , sounds superb from start to the close of play!!! PLEASE PLEASE ME plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play!!!! LOVE ME DO a little low level static but plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play!!! P.S I LOVE YOU plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play!!! BABY ITS YOU plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play!!! DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET has some low level ticks through the last 30 secs of play, but still sounds superb!!! TASTE OF HONEY a little low level static pop but plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play,THERE'S A PLACE plays perfectly, sounds superb from start to the close of play.

LABEL, side 1, VERY GOOD, all lettering clear and bold but has a sticker residue and little scuffing over the " trade £ mark" text and a little spindle wear but other than that excellent!!! LABEL,side 2, EXCELLENT PLUS !! all lettering clear and bold with only a little spindle wear, !!!

....... the OUTER is made by ernest j.day and is the much rarer gold first pressing sleeve with the angus mcbean text much closer to the bottom edge ( where it belongs), it is VERY GOOD condition, it has old yellow sellotape residue, bottom flipback is sellotaped and some other small wear!!!!.......the INNER sleeve is the much rarer 1st pressing emitex clear windowed poly lined inner and is in VERY GOOD condition with a some discolouration,NO seam splits but with wear around hole and some creasing!!

SUMMARY, A COMPLETE ORIGINAL 1963 GOLD AND BLACK ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING MONO LP WITH FIRST PRESSING ERNEST J DAY OUTER SLEEVE AND ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING INNER SLEEVE, THE LP IS VERY CLAEAN AND HAS A STUNNING SHINE, MARED ONLY WITH ONE OR TWO IMPERFECTIONS, A SMART AND VERY COLLECTABLE ITEM,

100% GENUINE PHOTO'S OF THIS ITEM FOR SALE.
