Rare 7 LP box set that was a transcription release by the NEDERLAND RADIO and Netherland officials for promotion of 20th century Dutch composers , sent to radio stations only.

This is just one of the hundreds of rare and import record albums that we recently acquired at an estate auction of Dederick De Jong (botanist, teacher, world traveler , music reviewer, classical radio DJ, and a diplomat of modern and 20th century music)
Once a reviewer for American Record Guide from 1989-98 and contributed articles on 17 composers to the 1,201-page "Essential Listening Companion" published by Backbeat Books in San Francisco in 2002.
He has had several radio shows on WOBO-FM is devoted exclusively to contemporary classical music from other countries .
De Jong’s travels have taken him to over 100 countries. Meeting with composers and purchasing "new" records was his passion.
Host of WKUC show "Do You Know This Composer?"
Mr. De Jong was born in Holland and lived there during the Nazi occupation.
These records have been well cared for and in excellent to near mint condition. No visible spindle marks as he only played for review or features on his radio program.
