Recorded in Red Dog Studios, Bournemouth July 1996. Mastered by Tim at Turan Audio. 

"Demon Lung" originally appeared on a split 7" single with Our Haunted Kingdom on Rise Above Records. 

Spine gives cat number as RISELP072, inner label gives RISELP72. Bonus 7" cat number is RISELP72/45.
