M: Like new (used only a few times) or unused 

EX: Generally clean but with some signs of use 

VG: May have stains, scuffs, or minor tears 

G: Tears, seam splits, or light water damage 

P: Noticeable tears, chipping, or significant damage


[Disk and Jacket Defects] 

C: Cut-out record 

H: Stapled
