for sale is a Rare Original FAIRPORT CONVENTION album...Unhalfbricking,,,ILPS.9102....from 1969 with the short lived UK PINK ISLANDLABEL...that was only used for a matter of weeks in 1969.

The first issue sleeve with the front photo of SANDY DENNY"S parentsand the band in the garden of there home is in lovely clean condition..with thecorrect E.J.DAY. sleeve makers text...just perfect...a true collectors copy ofthis rare 1969 FAIPORT CONVENTION uk album..
The lp as been played a few times and does have surfacemarks I played this album through as I like some of their stuff and it playedgood I detected some minor surface noise in a couple of places but it didn’tspoil my listening and I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I wasn’t going tolist it and maybe it just needs a clean ? but my stereo is a technics 1210 so not a great stereo for listening tofolk its mainly used for dance music anyway over all I would say it looksVG+ and plays VG+
The cover as no rips or tears but its starting to go througha bit on the back spine there is a little bit of the pic come off over theisland sign on the top right corner .A small crease on the corner .
I HAVEN’T SOLDFOR A WHILE BUT FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THEPRICE HIKE THEY REALLY NEED TOSORT THE POSTAGE OUT IT’S GOING TO STOP PEOPLEBUYING .
