lp from hp lovecraft.released on phillips label in 1968.way out tunes on this lp.vinyl is v,good with minimal marking,(next to none).has a couple tracks with some background noise,nothing major tho.no jumps,(has a v. tiny scratch on side 2 track 5 dosent affect play in any way)play tested,plays throuh fine.gate fold sleeve has about 2 inch split on the spine,minimal rubbing to corners.H. P. Lovecraft II is the second album by this american psychedalic band.as with their debut lp the album again saw the band blending psychedelic and folk rock influences, albeit with a greater emphasis on psychedelia than on their previous album release.H. P. Lovecraft II failed to sell in sufficient quantities to reach the billboard top lps chart or the uk albums chart.despite the band being a popular act on the U.S. psychedelic concert circuit. Legend has it that the album was the first major label release to have been recorded by musicians who were all under the influence of lsd.
