Description
lp PATSY CLINE rare COUNTRY MUSIC TIME Air Force w/ The Jordanaires
You are bidding on a rare lp of PATSY CLINE on "Country Music Time", a recruiting tool of US Air Force.
NOTE: that long grey line on lp's surface is a reflection of the camera in the vinyl - not a scratch!
VG- condition. B side, The Jordanaires, is in G condition.
Grooves are magnified and brightly-illuminated in the photos to avoid surprises. Many of the specks you see are dust that fell as I was taking the pics. Visual grading only.
Recorded in Spring 1962, this episode of "Country Music Time" stars Patsy Cline, riding high on her second #1 Country Hit. She leads off with "Strange," follows up with her chart topper "She's Got You," and closes the show with "Shoes."
The Jordanaires are the show's guests. In addition to backing Patsy on "She's Got You," they perform a rousing rendition of Martha Carson's "Satisfied."
This performance of "She's Got You" has never been commercially released.
This is a promo LP not issued with a sleeve - it will come in a plain white sleeve.
Disc will be shipped with ultra-care, cushioned in bubble wrap and double-sandwiched in cardboard.
High bidder - please ignore eBay's closing email and their shipping quotes, I will send an email with the correct postage. I combine postage on multiple orders.
Buyer pays for postage and insurance. Foreign orders will have to pay additional postage (I use eBay's Global Shipping Program).
