Return Policy:
All sales are guaranteed within 7 days of receipt of package. Please note that any returned items are subject to postal fees at buyer’s cost. We reserve the right to decline a guarantee if the reason of return could have been avoided by reading auction description.
We provide the most accurate descriptions of our products. Usually, we’re also conservative in our determinations of grading. For instance, if it’s a mint, we’ll often grade it mint minus or VG +++. Please review our descriptions thoroughly. We also recognize that other questions often arise, so please feel free to email us at recorddungeon@yahoo.com with any questions that you may have regarding the items you’re interested in. We want you to feel comfortable with the items you’re bidding on.

Shipping & Handling:
Customer pays all shipping and handling charges. We also offer insurance at customer’s cost. We will ship international or domestic to our customers in any preferred method requested…we’re flexible! Just tell us by what method you want your item shipped to you. We will also gladly combine shipping & handling costs of additional items from our other auctions that we offer. We only charge our customers actual shipping costs, we NEVER overcharge like some folks often will!!
Payment: We prefer Paypal, although we’ll gladly accept any money order, cashier’s check, or personal check( US residents only). Please note that for any checks presented, items will be shipped once payment is confirmed.
