Description
this is a mint tennessee monza 45 titled you know you turn me on. i thought i had sold all the copies but found a few more mint and used copies. this was recorded in 1967 in charlotte north carolina at arthur smith recording studios. this record which is by far the best seller along with stubborn kinda fella will be on our cd the hey baby days of beach music along with various other artists.stubborn kinda fella was a pick to click on w.l.s. chicago for three weeks and the number one song at myrtle beach in 1965 in front of hang on sloopy. the original monzas were jerry mcintosh(lead guitar),jack ferrell(bass guitar),phil mullins(drums),bobby cooper(tenor sax),james lane(keyboards and albert wilkes(singer). we cut four 45's and all are rare especially since only 500 copies were made of each record except stubborn kinda fella which we cut 1,000 copies
