VG- .. Usually the lowest rating I will list an LP at. Same as VG but defects are more pronounced. May have more than 1 scratch but still not one that repeats. This record will still be enjoyable but there will almost definitely be background sound. depending on the weight that a tone arm is set at or the quality of the stylus
