Description
Double wow! Talk about a bonafide west coast psychedelic **classic**, it doesn't get any better than the magnificent album by Judy Henske/Jerry Yester.. Folks what we have here is the ultra scarce ORIGINAL **white label promo copy** (check out my pictures) of Judy Henske and Jerry Yester - Farewell Aldebaran released on (Straight STS 1052)...The LP is also a beauty at EX/EX (Cover/Record)- Cover has faint small wear around edges, no seamsplits at all and absolutely no ringwear! Record has great glossy shine with a couple of hairlines and paper scuffs which brings in some surface noise at the end of the cut Lullaby, but for only 10 seconds..The rest of the LP plays like a M- !!(I dropped it down to an EX *just* because of that tiny paper smudge that lasts only 10 seconds, AND that's at the end of the cut.. I'm very strict when it comes to grading anyway, that's how I've maintained a perfect 100 percent feedback..But anyway, back to this awesome record, beautiful folk psych vocals by Henske (and what a lyricist to boot!) and ultra cool psychedelic production and overall playing by Yester and the other musicians make this an absolute MUST for any psych heads collection..Put it this way, if you don't own this masterpiece you are completely missing out..Just ask Richie Unterberger (who has a 6 page write up about it in his fantastic "Unknown Legends Of Rock and Roll).. Don't miss out on this one, you NEVER see the WHITE LABEL PROMO copies of this LP anymore.. Big cheers and if you have any questions feel free to email me anytime, day or night.. Best of luck to ya on the bidding! : ) And once again, NO RESERVE on this bad boy!!
