Description
What I’m offering is a copy of the self-titled debut LP by the Stooges, featuring Iggy Pop, issued on Elektra EKS-74051 in 1969. This is an ORIGINAL pressing and NOT a reissue of any kind.
The grading on the LP is VG+ cover, NM record.
The cover has a small cutout hole in the top left corner on the front, a few small horizontal handling creases on the left at the spine, dings/ creases in both bottom corners and light ringwear.
The record, which is on the original red label and comes in its original Elektra inner sleeve, has a couple of tiny 1/4 inch hairline surface scratches on side two that are totally inaudible and does not affect its play. There are NO scuffs or scratches on side one. There is some very faint writing on the side one label (see close-up scan). The lack of spindle marks on either side would leave me to believe that the LP was only played a few times, if that. NICE COPY!!
