Description

This rare 78 RPM record is an early Sun #198! My father was known well for his Sun collection and knowledge. I wanted to offer a great 78 to Sun collectors, established collectors and those getting into the vinyl collecting craze. The early Suns are some of the most sought after and you can own this gem for an amazing price in this condition. The condition is E missing E+ because of slight glue residue left on the label where an old sticker must have been on both sides. It fell off years ago leaving a dark rectangular mark. The vinyl is outstanding! And a small, very old piece of tape easily removed by a seasoned collector. Sun #198 features Howard Seratt performing "Troublesome Waters" and “I MUST BE SAVED”. The matrix # is (U-51 #72 “ST. FRANCES’) and “U-53-x #72, proving this is a true Sun #198. Don’t miss out on this piece of music history! My actions will all be Buy It Now for a few days as I have a record show coming up and everything comes down. Don’t miss that chance as it won’t be here again. Thanks for looking and please check my other listings here at Monroe Rare Records!
