rare SUN RA astro black OOP 1973 vinyl LP jazz arkestra

Yea!  Rare and Out-of-Print Sun Ra (12") vinyl LP record for the mind blowing Astro Black release from 1973!

You get:

1. ASTRO BLACK

2. DISCIPLINE 99

3. HIDDEN SPHERES

4. THE COSMO-FIRE

I would grade the various elements as:

Vinyl= VG++/VG+   There's some surface noise in spots. There's a couple places where it's noticeable, but others that seem noise free. There is definetly NO major damage (such as skips or warps).

Cover= VG+/VG    The star design on the outer cover of these always makes the outer ring wear that this release seems especially prone to look worse than it is. But there is some actual ring wear here too. Also some corner wear and other various imperfections. If you look at the picture of the front cover closely you'll see there's a tiny drill hole (i.e. "cut-out" hole) in the upper left hand corner where the "A" is. The gatefold seam is still quite crisp, and has not been folded open too many times. The inside cover looks very nice as you can see in the first picture. NO major damage (such as rips or tears).
