rare World Record Club NZ Apple "Magical Mystery Tour" BEATLES LP PCSM 6084 Ex

rare!  World Record Club NZ Apple "Magical Mystery Tour" BEATLES LP PCSM 6084 Ex condition too....the story is that when HMV New Zealand released this LP on it's first run, they used the Parlophone logo on the front (wrong)  and even more game, they used the newly appointed Apple label for the vinyl. When I first saw a school friend with this in 1970, I freaked out, tried in vain to get my friend to sell his (even though it had his name, urgh, written on the label)...then I found out that the label was changed to the more familiar WRC design....so I tried to get a copy from HMV themselves, by writing to the HMV NZ General Manager, who (incredibly) wrote me a full response, detailing how much trouble he got into for OK-ing the release on the green Apple label & how he even tried to recall as many as possible in an attempt to appease the blue meanies in London.....he also the Parlophone cat no system...(PCSM 6084)....Some web bloggers say that this is a "mid 1970's pressing"...or the "2nd pressing", which is wrong as I first saw this version in 1970. ALL World Record Club MMT pressings after this were on the orange/black/white/yellow & black etc "proper" WRC NZ labels....see pics I've included....it took me another 45 years to get one...and here it is....
