Description
All records are cleaned & play tested.Deram stereo SML 1031 1968/9 ZAL 8576/7 1W. The front sleeve is fully laminated, it has a little ringwear, creasing and an "invisible" 17/6 price imprint. The rear sleeve is not laminated and has a red biro name top left. Allowing for all that plus ageing and wearing, the sleeve overall = VG+. A new plain white inner has been provided. Under normal light, the LP looks excellent- but there is a tiny mark at the very end of side 1 (not noticeable in play) and some surface marks especially on side 2. The labels are near perfect and from the spindle, my guess is the LP has not been played that much. In play, there are no clicks or tics at all on side 1 but there is a some interference early on side 2. The second half of side 2 is fine. I've listened to side 2 three times and I still cannot decide if there is one little skip early on or not. There is no obvious fault I can see and each time it plays through without any problem. I grade side 1 as excellent but side 2 (overall) as VG+. It has been professionally cleaned once but I will repeat the exercise for good measure to try and improve the early section of side 2 before sending it off.
