Description
Very rare, still factory sealed Rohrbacker, Hendren & Kingen vinyl LP. Recorded in 1975. Rohrbacker, Hendren & Kingen were an early christian rock band. The reputation of this group and their album has grown through the years and it remains highly sought. The best review available is from, "Archivist (Vintage Vinyl Jesus Music 1965-1980)" 4th addition, by Ken Scott:
"Exceptionally talented Oregon trio that blends the jangly energetic folkrock guitars and gentle close-knit harmonies of the Byrds with FM country rock, bluesy classic rock jamming, and flowing summery CSN-ish soft rock sounds. .......true rock mentalities displayed,..............only 500 copies made. Phenomenal!"
For all you R,H&K fans and collectors of vintage LP's and indie records this one is for you.
NOTE: While other copies of this album have played well when unsealed, there is no implicit guarantee made regarding this particular copy. I found a small stash of them while cleaning a rarely used storage area. I opened and played one, which did play cleanly.
