Description
This is a fans scarf and 3 badges relating to the fantastic pop band 'The Sweet'.
I reckon they are from around 1973/4. The scarf is a satin type in orange with silver lettering and artwork. There is white frilled edging at either end. The lettering says 'super sweet super' and has a picture of Mick Tucker (drums) and Andy Scott (guitars) at one end: Steve Priest (bass) and Brian Connelly (lead vocals) at the other.
It is pretty good condition for its age.
The 3 badges are 2 at over 6cm width and 1 at around 3.5cm. All are in very good condition.
All these are individually very collectable (increasingly so since the sad deaths of Mick and Brian) and are being offered as one 'set' exactly the way they have been for over 30 years.
One of the badges even has the original sale sticker on the back ' Marbles Market' Near Marble Arch Tube Station, Oxford Street. London!
