Description
Thanks for looking.
I actually inherited this wonderful autographed "the very best of Barry Manilow" double LP - 1978. Regrettably selling as to be honest I'm not a fan and I know that there's lots of you out there that would appreciate such a rare item a lot more than I would - so it deserves to be with you!
This is the Very Best Of double vinyl from 1978. The records are pristine and I don't think they've been played much if at all! Inner sleeves are immaculate too. As you'd expect from a record that's been on a shelf for 40 years There's some very slight wear to the corners - see pics.
I believe the signature was actually done in 1979 after a gig in London. Rather than the usual quick scribble the record companies make their artists do en mass, this is unique and the only one of its kind on the face of the earth! It's a personal message to "Jill" (I can't actually decipher Barrys writing - perhaps you could help me out! )
The same album in far inferior condition with just a standard autograph is for sale on eBay at £75. I've started the auction at less than half that price to hopefully generate some interest...
Highish postage as this will be sent registered as a fragile item through parcel force (which is actually £12.89!),
