Description

For your consideration: "Snooks Eaglin - New Orleans Street Singer" Storyville Blues Anthology Vol 6, SLP 119. Eaglin was a street singer in NOLA, recorded in several sessions by Harry Oster, a folklorist from Louisiana State University. According to discographies checked, these selections are from a 1958 session with Eaglin on acoustic guitar. This album was released in 1964 by Storyville. I purchased it new then.

Vinyl condition excellent, appears as new; jacket is excellent minus, as there are slight bumps to the top and bottom of the right front side, plus one very small tear at the bottom jacket overlap, rear; no splits. Good early blues from a noted NOLA performer.
