7" single:

CHAIN REACTION "Say Yeah" b/w "Search For Tomorrow" (Blue Wave Records BW 001) original US first press

You are bidding on an ULTRA RARE soul 45, currently massive on so many scenes - funk, modern soul, disco. Great two-sider - "Say Yeah" is a fabulous group vocal boogie-tinged dancer, while "Search For Tomorrow is the side getting spun in funk and modern soul clubs all over the globe. Played by Ian Wright, Soul Spectrum etc. and recently picked up by Soul Sam - and growing in demand fast. Don't sleep!

CONDITION : M- (Sleeve/Record)

DESCRIPTION : Old store stock, played a handful of times - not even a paper scuff! Has tiny (and I mean tiny) edge lift (that most dealers wouldn't even think to mention...) in no way affecting play. Labels near pristine, A-side has a couple of felt-tip "X" marks beside song title - obviously plug side. Beautiful copy!

KEYWORDS : Ellipsis, Keb Darge, Ian Wright, northern soul, modern soul, boogie, rare disco, Mixed Feelings, Second Re$surrection, Tolbert, Timeless Legend, Brief Encounter, Cloudburst, Psychodelic Frankie, Carmelita, Daybreak, True Image Captain Funk, Nicky Newarkers, Trace Of Smoke, New World, Raw Soul Express  etc.

PAYMENT : Buyer pays in UK pounds, cheque (in the UK), IMO or Paypal.

POSTAGE : 12"s/LPs : £2.70 (UK), £3.70 (Europe) and £6.25 (Rest of World) / 7”s/CDs : £1.50 (UK), £2.50 (Europe) and £3.50 (Rest of World). Double vinyl counts as two etc. Each additional record charged at half price.Record must be sent insured - extra £5.

SMALL PRINT : I am first and foremeost a collector, and grade strictly as I wish everyone would. Records will be well-packed between cardboard, and sent in record mailers. In the interests of the environment, these will be recycled whenever possible. Albums will be removed from outer sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit. All records are sent with a certificate of posting, if you wish additional insurance please ask – I cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

Good luck and check my other auctions for a selection of soul, funk, jazz, progressive, hip-hop, beats, breaks, samples and other odd-ball gear...
