Description
If you collect copies of this fanzine style monthly R&B magazine you'll not find a rarer set of four than this - issues one to four - June 1963 to October 1963 and a copy of joint issue (with Record Collector) number one for January 1964.
Issue 1 has a Chuck Berry cover and features inside on The Coasters & Chuck Berry as well as record release reviews.
Issue 2 has features on Jimmy McCracklin & Arthur Alexander.
Issue 3 features Bo Diddley & The Isley Brothers.
Issue 4 has a feature on The Clovers and an interview with Bo Diddley.
The joint issue of Jan 1964 has a small feature on Marvin Gaye and another on Little Walter.
Condition is good to fine. No losses or writing.
Buyer pays £1.80 recorded / £4.50 special delivery within the UK. Overseas will be £2.00 basic airmail and an extra £3.30 for unsurance. Uninsured mail is sent at buyers risk !! Losses in the post are rare but they do happen from time to time.
