Hello.
You are bidding on the amazingly important album by the Clash, London Calling. This is an original, authentic US 1st press and while it is not sealed, it is still in its shrink Catalog # EG 36328 and has the "Sterling" stamp on the dead wax on the lps.. As you can see, both hype stickers that were present on the initial release are still there, as well. These stickers were only on initial first press and promo copies of the album. The LP itself is a STRONG VG++ and if it wasn't for one or two of those little scuffs from taking it in and out of its sleeve, this baby would be absolute NM and most people would probably say that it was and call it a day. The VG++ grade is definitely conservative on my part. The lps are still shint, glossy, vibrant and play flawlessly. The sleeve is in VG+ condtion and is still in its shrink. No ring-wear, writing, seam splits or ugliness, whatsoever. The only thing putting into VG+ territory are the corners which are a bit worn and are not sharp. This is a beautiful copy of this rare and iconic album and the only way youre gonna get better than this is to find one stil sealed...these don't turn up this nice often so please take that into consideration when bidding...Thank you very much!
