Description
Very near mint copy - however there is a minor warp on the outer edge of the record that effects the first couple of minutes of play on both sides.
- It looks like it might have been played once each side
- Beautiful shine
- Lovely front cover - a few small (less than half inch) creases in the laminate on the left hand side by the spine - photo 4 should show the worst - but this is of small concern
- the laminate is approx 3mm short on the right hand side - as manufactured - again detail.....
- photos of the record / labels show the quality of this record
I listed this before in June not realising that this record had this defect.....(and cancelled the auction)...since then I have hidden in a cupboard. But more importantly I have not tried to fix this warp by any means because I fear I would potentially ruin this nice item. So if anyone knows a way of recovering this, they could be onto a good thing. For the avoidance of doubt, the warp is the type that makes the stylus rise and fall very quickly - and jump - rather than where it moves out on the horizontal plane......
Side 1 - it spoils the spoken introduction and a just a little bit more of the track........Side 2 - on my setting - you can play it through with just pops for a minute, not jumps....
Time to off-load some rare beauties - it is the condition of these that is so superb.
Item will be packed in very secure mailer - extra strengthening etc. - and postage will be reasonable if ordering more than one record...
Good luck
