Description

You are bidding on- The White Stripes "White Blood Cells" LP very 1st pressing on Sympathy for the Record Industry in 2001.

 

This copy is never played and in perfect condition-even has the shrink wrap. I pre-ordered this in early 2001 as I was a fan of their previous records.

It was only opened to check the vinyl color-from what I remember, Sympathy for the Record Industry originally pressed 500 on red vinyl, and 1000 on black. I ended up getting only 1 on color(i ordered 2), and this one on black, which was promptly stored away and forgotten.

In case you don't remember, the Stripes were not a well known band at the time, and they were on a small indie label. The label only pressed a small amount of records, and of course the band somehow managed to blow up. They signed to V2 towards the end of 2001 and the CD and vinyl were repressed in huge numbers. So get a part of rock history while you can. NO RESERVE and FREE SHIPPING in the USA. (buyer pays shipping if outside the US).
