NOISE FOR THE NEEDY
"First Cuts" 7 song 12 inch ep
Extremely rare private label Hardcore Punk ep from obscure Orlando, Florida based band NOISE FOR THE NEEDY. Released in 1985 on the bands own Aytab Records label. Only 200 made and sold locally in the mid 80's, making this very rare and hard to find. This band opened a lot of the early Orlando area punk shows in the mid 80's like TSOL, HUSKER DU and REPLACEMENTS. Singer Ed Pugliesi would move to New Jersey and become the in house tour booker for the BUY OUR RECORDS label. He would later go on to become manager of bands like ADRENALIN O.D., 7 SECONDS, WRATH, BLITZSPEER, and RAGING SLAB.
I just got back from a massive record buying trip to the New York and New Jersey area. I will be posting some of the rare Punk, Powerpop, New Wave, Metal and Rock vinyl I picked up this time around.
